Contradiction on the open web

recastcalc.com states a $150 fee and a $10,000 minimum for Chase. Chase's own page states no minimum is required.

Escrow

P&I is fixed by the recast, but the total monthly payment can still move with escrow. A recast fixes principal and interest. It does not fix the escrow portion of your bill, which is billed separately and can still move with taxes and insurance.

Price a recast on these rules

Chase publishes no fee, so the calculator leaves your own figure in place.
